Making a purchase.
Simply browse our site and select the treatments or product you find of interest. Add them to your basket and either keep browsing or simply just checkout. Once at checkout you will be asked to register to the site entering a billing address and if desired an alternative delivery address, you will register to the site so you will have your own username and password allowing you to order more conveniently next time you purchase. It is of great importance that you keep your registration details safe and do not allow anyone to view or use them other then yourself.
You will receive confirmation of your order to your inbox at the email address you provide for registartion, please keep this safe as it will contain a unique reference number that will allow us to locate your order if it is delayed in the mail. We may send you newsletters of offers or promotions from time to time, if you would prefer not to receive such notifications please select ’no mail’ option when you sign up.

Whyage accepts most major credit or debit cards: Visa/Delta/Electron/Solo/Maestro/Switch/Debit. If you would prefer to pay by cheque or postal order please make your payment to Bionique (UK) Ltd.

Delivery Schedule.
All orders are charged at £4.95 shipping for our normal service via Royal Mail or £6.50 for special delivery request and outside UK. All international orders will be sent registered post. Please allow 7 working days for receipt of any order before making enquiries to track its status. If for any reason your item is not in stock at the time you place your order we will notify you via email to inform of any delay. All orders in stock are shipped within two working days of clearance.
Money Back Guarantee.
We offer what is known as a ’cooling off’ period, this allows you as the buyer to cancel your order or return it for a full refund within 7 days from the original order date. If you wish to cancel please contact us immediately to notify us of your request on: 01534 727899 The items you are returning must be fully sealed and unopened to qualify for a full refund. We may from time to time offer a 100% money back guarantee on select products, please contact us by email for more information or to check if a specific products qualifies at: sales@whyage.co.uk before you place an order.
Faulty Goods.
In the unlikely event your goods are received and they appear to have either been tampered with or any mechanism for application is broken or faulty, please return it in an appropriate box or jiffy bag ’untouched’ so we can send it on to the supplier for them to check. We will of course send you a replacement immediately upon receipt of any faulty merchandise you may have received.
Data Protection.
We promise to meet internationally recognised standards of personal privacy protection such as complying with the requirement of the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 1987. Please refer to http://www.dataprotection.gov.je/ for further details and guidance.
Risk, Delivery and Performance.
The goods are delivered to you when we make them available providing in stock they are normally shipped within 1-2 working days. We do not work public holidays and will ship the item the following working day. We shall not be responsible for loss, theft or damaged parcels that are sent to alternative delivery address. Any such request for alternative delivery other than that of the billing address is strictly at ’you’ the buyers risk.
We shall not be liable for any penalty, loss, injury, damage or expense arising from the delay or failure in delivery or performance from any cause outside our reasonable control such as acts of god, civil commotion, riots, flood, drought or fire.
Whyage.co.uk cannot be held accountable for delays attributed to carriers such as Royal Mail, USPS, Business Post or other appointed couriers.
Complaints.
Complaints can be a useful source of information about how others see us, more importantly how you find our service. Whether the complaint is justified or not, the person making the complaint feels aggrieved with the service we provide. Therefore we have established a procedure for monitoring and dealing with complaints whereby we can deal with it fast to restore your confidence. Whyage would prefer to receive your complaint in writing either by email or facsimile, on receipt of which a response will be given within 5 working days of receiving any issue(s) raised.
